Blue paperback found near Aerial Lift Bridge, Canal Park

I found a paperback this afternoon around 2:15pm on the Lakewalk by the Aerial Lift Bridge in Canal Park, Duluth. It's a blue paperback edition of 'The North Shore Chronicle' by Isla Marin, with a stormy-lake cover and a creased spine. The pages are a bit yellowed, and there's a faded Duluth Public Library stamp inside the front cover plus a small sticky note tucked between pages with the initials KC.
