Silver Citizen Eco-Drive watch with black dial

I lost my silver-tone Citizen Eco-Drive watch yesterday around 3pm near the Diamond Jo Casino on Bell Street, along the Mississippi Riverwalk in Dubuque. It's a 40mm stainless steel case with a black dial, a date window at 3 o'clock, and a slightly worn black leather strap that's seen better days. There's a tiny scratch on the bezel near the 9 o'clock marker and an engraving on the back that reads 'A.R. 2006'. The watch is sentimental to me—my grandfather gave it to me, and it's been with me through a lot. I really need it back; it carries a lot of meaning and I miss it.
