Silver bracelet with heart charm

I lost my slender silver bracelet yesterday around 3pm along the Dubuque Riverwalk behind the Diamond Jo Casino. It's about 7 inches long, sterling silver, with a tiny heart charm and a blue enamel star near the heart. Inside the clasp, the engraving reads 'Mom.' The bracelet is in decent condition, just a few light scratches. It was a gift from my grandmother, and it means a lot to me—I’d really appreciate getting it back if anyone found it.
