Blue nylon dog harness with paw-print charm

I lost my blue nylon dog harness this yesterday around 3pm near the public library on West Main Street in Dothan. It's a medium-sized harness with a bright reflective strip along the chest strap and a tiny paw-print charm dangling from the buckle. There's an engraved tag that reads 'Milo' with my phone number, though the ink has faded a bit. The harness is still in decent shape, just a little dirty from the park, and it means a lot to me because Milo is a rescue and gets anxious when he doesn't have a secure harness.
