I found a medium-sized brown dog with a blue collar at Belle Isle Park in Detroit Metro. He seemed well-cared-for and is very friendly. I couldn’t find any contact information on the collar, and he didn’t have a microchip. I'm hoping to find his owner soon. Please reach out if you recognize him!
