Pink reflective dog harness found near Derby Market

I found a pink reflective dog harness this morning around 7:15am in the Market Place near Derby Cathedral steps. It's a small nylon harness with adjustable straps and a white paw-print pattern. There's a blue dog tag attached that reads 'MILO' and a phone number that's partly worn off. The harness looks well loved, not torn, so I'm hoping to reunite it with Milo's owner soon.
