Nintendo Switch with neon Joy-Cons and case

I found a Nintendo Switch with neon red and blue Joy-Cons, tucked inside a black silicone case with a small dragon sticker on the back. I found it yesterday around 3pm outside the Derby Market Hall on St Peter's Street, just near the Derby Cathedral. The console looks well-loved but in good working order, and there’s a white dock plus a blue carry pouch inside the case. The screen has a couple of tiny scratches, nothing major. I don’t know who it belongs to, and I’d really like to help reunite it with its owner.
