Missing person: 22-year-old man in black puffer jacket

I'm really worried—yesterday around 3:15 pm, my roommate, Liam Collins, vanished after we split up near Union Station in downtown Denver. He last appeared on the 16th Street Mall area, wearing a black puffer jacket, blue jeans, and a gray beanie with a small red logo, plus bright yellow sneakers. He has a compass tattoo on his right forearm and a faint scar above his left eyebrow. His phone was left in the coffee shop by the Union Station entrance, and his backpack with a blue zipper was found abandoned near Civic Center Park.
