Lost coins from my grandfather's collection
On Saturday around 6:45 p.m., I realized a small pouch of coins had disappeared while I was walking through Center Town Square in Deep East Texas. The coins are a mixed lot from my grandfather's collection—old pennies from the 1940s, a silver dime, a couple of foreign coins—things that carry memory more than money. I had just bought a snack at a little stand near the courthouse and turned to leave when I noticed the pouch was gone. It sounds silly, but those coins are my link to him and to home. If found, please keep them safe until I can retrieve them.
Nike gray running shoes with neon swoosh, size 9
I lost my gray Nike running shoes yesterday around 3pm in the parking lot behind the public library on North Street in Lufkin, Deep East Texas. They're a well-worn pair with a neon lime swoosh and creases across the toe box. The left shoe has a tiny red dot stitched near the swoosh, and there's a small frayed patch at the heel from a tumble outside the gym. They were a gift from my sister and I use them for weekend runs, so they mean a lot to me and I really need them back. If you found them, email me at [email protected] so we can arrange a pickup.
Blue plush dragon with yellow belly, sentimental
I was at Brookshire's on 7th Street in Lufkin yesterday around 3pm in Deep East Texas when my daughter's blue plush dragon disappeared from the toy aisle. It's a soft, medium-sized stuffed dragon, bright blue with a yellow belly and a small red ribbon tied around its neck. There's a tiny patch on the left foot where the stitching is a bit loose, and a small snag on the back from play. It has sentimental value because it was a gift from my grandmother. If someone found it, please reach out — I really need it back.
Lost rare vintage 1980s superhero action figure in clear plastic case at a flea market in Deep East Texas.
I lost a rare vintage action figure from the 1980s while visiting a flea market in Deep East Texas last weekend. It was in a clear plastic case and the figure is of a superhero style. I noticed it was gone right after I looked at some old dolls, so I may have set it down on a table or in someone else's space. This was a cherished piece of my collection, and I'm hoping someone might have come across it.
