Found a sweet, orange tabby cat with a small collar but no tags in a yard in Decatur.

I found a sweet, orange tabby cat wandering around my yard in Decatur this morning. It seems well-fed and friendly, so it might belong to someone nearby. It has a small collar, but no tags. I'm hoping to get it back to its owner as soon as possible, as it looks like it's been missing for a while.
