Found black Patagonia backpack with a silver starfish keychain and dive logs by the Daytona Beach boardwalk.

I found a black Patagonia backpack by the Daytona Beach boardwalk last Sunday afternoon. It looks recently used, as there are still some sand grains in it. There's a small silver keychain with a starfish on the zipper, and a couple of dive logs peeking out from the top. I didn’t see anyone nearby who looked like it belonged to them, so I took it home hoping to find the owner.
