I found this watch this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind the Oregon District coffee shops on East Fifth Street in Dayton. It's a stainless steel watch with a brushed silver case and a bright blue sunburst dial, and the bracelet feels solid. There's a tiny chip on the crystal near 2 o'clock and an engraving on the back that reads 'H.R.' Overall it's in good condition.
