Blue plush dragon with rainbow scarf

I lost my blue plush dragon yesterday around 3pm near the Dayton Mall food court. It's about 12 inches tall, soft fleece, bright blue with a teal belly and lilac wings, and it wears a rainbow knitted scarf. The toy has a small white star patch on its left wing and a tiny fray at the tail tip—definitely showing it's well-loved. It’s sentimental to my daughter; it was a gift from grandma, and we really need to get it back.
