Beagle mix with blue collar lost near Cumberland Valley

I lost my beagle mix, Scout, yesterday around 6pm while we were walking near Cumberland Valley Community Park. He's medium-sized, tri-color (brown, white, and black) with a blue nylon collar and a bone-shaped tag that reads 'Scout' along with my phone number. He has a small white heart-shaped patch on his chest and a tiny notch in his left ear, and he tends to dart toward the river trail behind the CVS on Main Street. I’m really worried—this dog means the world to me, and I’d be grateful to anyone who can bring him home.
