Tan leather handbag with red scarf

Found a tan leather handbag this afternoon around 2:15 pm in the parking lot behind the Valley Library on Jefferson Way in Corvallis. It's a medium-sized, tan pebbled-leather bag with a red silk scarf tied to the handle and a small oak-leaf charm on the zipper pull. The interior lining is burgundy and a bit worn at the bottom, with a faint outdoorsy scent.
