Lost blue dog collar with bone-shaped tag and reflective strip near Avery Park in Corvallis.

I lost my dog's blue collar with a bone-shaped tag that has his name and my phone number on it while walking near Avery Park in Corvallis. I hope someone finds it as I really want to get it back. It's fairly new and has a reflective strip on it.
