Found navy duvet cover with white piping

I found a navy duvet cover with white piping this morning around 7:45am on the OSU campus, outside the Valley Library entrance on Jefferson Way in Corvallis. It's a queen-size duvet cover, 100% cotton, with a small snag on the bottom-right corner and a faint coffee stain on the inside edge. The label looks like IKEA, which might help identify the set; it has a clean look despite the tiny flaws. If this belongs to you, I'd really like to help get it back.
