Found black satin evening gown with gold belt

I found a black satin evening gown this afternoon around 2:30pm outside the Memorial Union on the OSU campus in Corvallis. It's Adrianna Papell, size M, floor-length, with a detachable gold belt and a small crystal-embellished clasp at the neckline. The dress is in gently used condition—no stains, but there's a tiny snag along the hem that a tailor could fix.
