Blue hardcover poetry collection with handwritten note inside

I lost my blue hardcover poetry collection yesterday around 3pm near the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library on 4th Street. It's a compact 6-by-9 inch book with a slightly worn navy cover and a red ribbon bookmark that sticks out when I leaf through it. Inside there's a small handwritten note on the title page from a close friend, and a few dog-eared pages I marked for a class presentation. It means a lot to me; it was my late grandmother's favorite, and I really need it back to finish a project.
