Lost dark oak coffee table with unique hand-carved designs in Cookeville.

I accidentally left my beautiful coffee table behind after moving from my apartment in Cookeville. It's made of dark oak and has unique, hand-carved designs. I last saw it on June 10th while packing up and must have forgotten it. I'm really hoping to get it back as it was a family heirloom.
