Black Anker power bank with red cable

I found a black Anker PowerCore 10000mAh power bank this afternoon around 3:45pm outside the Memorial Student Center in College Station, near the north entrance stairs between the student art wall and the outdoor courts. It’s a compact palm-sized brick with a matte finish, and a bright red USB-C cable is still attached. There’s a small white sticker with a dog doodle on the back, and a couple of tiny scuffs along the edge from normal use. It powered up when I gave it a quick test, so it seems functional.
