Tan-and-white beagle mix with blue bandana

I lost my tan-and-white beagle mix named Benny yesterday around 3pm. He’s about 40 pounds, with a blue bandana that has white paw prints and a small silver tag on a blue collar. He also has a distinct white chest patch and a slightly floppy right ear, plus a tiny scar behind his right ear from a vet visit. I last saw him near the West Side Market on West 25th Street in Ohio City, Cleveland, and I’m really worried — Benny is my buddy and I miss him a lot.
