This morning, around 11:40 AM, I found a small red binder filled with stamps on the sidewalk near Public Square in Cleveland, by the Terminal Tower. The stamps span several countries, some with wear but many still vivid, tucked in clear sleeves. The binder has a cracked cover and a few loose sheets that flutter when the wind. I hope the owner sees this so they can reclaim their collection.
