Pink reflective dog leash with paw charm

I found a pink, reflective dog leash this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Riverfront Market on Riverside Drive in Clarksville. It's a 6-foot nylon leash with a black padded handle and a sturdy silver clip, in good condition with only a few light scuffs on the clip. There’s a small paw-print charm attached to the strap with the name 'Luna' engraved on it, which should help the owner identify it.
