Description
I was on Main Street in downtown Clarksville around 5:30 PM last Friday when I realized my stamp collection was missing from my tote, near the courthouse on Main Street. They’re in a small green binder with a red cover, a few older US issues peeking out. I’m heartbroken because some of these stamps are family heirlooms and irreplaceable.
