I was walking along Commerce Street near the Custom House Museum in downtown Clarksville this morning around 9:30 a.m. when I spotted a plastic binder tucked under a bench labeled Breeds. Inside are dog-breed charts, a notebook, and several business cards from a kennel. I grabbed it to keep it safe and brought it with me when I left the area. I’d like the rightful owner to reclaim it through the site so I can verify the contents and pass it along.
