Blue plush dragon with star on wing

I found a small blue plush dragon this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart on Wilma Rudolph Blvd in Clarksville. It's about 12 inches long, incredibly soft, with a bright yellow star stitched on its left wing and a tiny white heart on its belly. The dragon has one eye a bit looser than the other and a soft squeak when squeezed. The toy looks well-loved but is still in good condition.
