Navy puffer jacket with red lining, lost in Cincinnati

I lost my navy puffer jacket with a bright red lining. It’s a Columbia jacket, medium size, with a small silver hummingbird pin on the left chest and a tiny coffee stain near the hem. I last wore it yesterday around 3pm near Fountain Square in Cincinnati, by the arcade on Vine Street. The cuffs are a bit frayed and there’s a 'Dad's Gift' patch on the inside pocket—really sentimental to me and I’d be grateful to get it back.
