Navy Seiko watch with brown leather strap

I’m really hoping someone finds my navy Seiko watch. I was at the Chillicothe Public Library on Main Street yesterday around 3pm, then walked toward the Riverside Park overlook. It’s a Seiko with a navy blue dial, silver-tone case, and a worn brown leather strap with white stitching. There’s a tiny dent near the clasp and an engraving on the back: A.P. 1999. It’s sentimental because it was my grandfather’s, and I really need it back to feel connected to him.
