Found black rolling suitcase with red luggage tag near Chillicothe Park entrance.

I found a black rolling suitcase with a red luggage tag near the entrance of the Chillicothe Park late yesterday afternoon. It appears to have been left behind as there was no one around at the time. The suitcase is in good condition, and I can provide pictures if necessary. I just want to get it back to its rightful owner as soon as possible.
