Found black leather briefcase with combination lock on a bench near downtown Chillicothe park.

Description

I found a black leather briefcase while walking my dog in the park close to downtown Chillicothe. It was sitting on a bench, and no one seemed to be around to claim it. It looks like it's in great condition and has a combination lock on it, so it definitely seems important. There are no personal identifiers visible, so I'm hoping to return it to its rightful owner.
