Blue reflective dog harness with paw charm

I lost my blue reflective dog harness yesterday around 3pm near the Chillicothe Public Library on Main Street. It's a medium size PawFlex harness with a bright orange handle and a small paw-print charm on the D-ring. The chest strap has red stitching and it came with a matching blue leash that is still attached. It has sentimental value—it was a gift from my grandmother and I really need it back.
