Navy blue beaded evening gown

I found a navy blue evening gown with a beaded bodice this afternoon around 2:15 PM, tucked behind the Chico Mall on Nord Avenue near the food court. It's a size 6 from Adrianna Papell, with a silky chiffon skirt that sways nicely when you walk and a detachable silver belt. The gown is in great shape overall, with just a tiny snag on the hem from the parking lot, and there's a rhinestone pin on the left shoulder strap as a unique marker. I know how important this dress can be for someone's event, so I'm hoping to reunite the owner.
