Grey ceramic lamp with brass base, chipped

I lost my grey ceramic table lamp yesterday around 3pm. It's a West Elm lamp, about 18 inches tall, with a brass base and a slightly glossy lampshade that's a bit dented at the rim. The glaze has a tiny crack near the bottom edge, and there's a small West Elm sticker on the underside. It sat in my living room by the couch in my Wicker Park apartment, near the Division Street Blue Line station; I had just rearranged the furniture and must've bumped it. It was a gift from my grandmother and has sentimental value to me, so I’d be really grateful to get it back.
