Found black leather briefcase with important papers near a picnic table in Chautauqua Park.

I found a black leather briefcase while walking my dog in Chautauqua Park yesterday afternoon. It was left near a picnic table, and I could see that it had some important-looking papers sticking out of it. If you lost it, please describe it so I can return it to you.
