DeWalt 20V cordless drill in yellow case

I found a DeWalt 20V cordless drill this morning around 9:15 on the brick bench outside the corner hardware store on Main Street, right by the Chautauqua County Library. It's yellow with a black grip and came in a sturdy yellow hard case that's a bit scuffed but still solid. The drill powers up when the battery is attached, so it seems in good working order. One identifying detail: a strip of blue painter’s tape with the initials 'KB' is stuck to the battery. There’s also a small dent on the lower-right corner of the case.
