Cream quilted bedspread with navy piping found in Chautauqua

I found a cream quilted bedspread this afternoon around 4:15pm near the Chautauqua Park gazebo on Park Street, just outside the Village Bean cafe. It's queen-size, soft cotton, a bit wrinkled from sitting on the sidewalk. It has a tiny coffee stain in the bottom-left corner and a small blue embroidery that reads 'Sweet Dreams' along the top edge, plus a CozyNest care label inside.
