Missing person: Elena Park near Downtown Mall

I'm frantic about my friend Elena Park. Yesterday around 3pm we were hanging out near Charlottesville's Downtown Mall on Market Street when she stepped away to take a call and never came back. Elena is about 5'4", with shoulder-length black hair, wearing a red hoodie, black leggings, and white sneakers. She has a small crescent tattoo behind her left ear and wears a bright green backpack. She was last seen heading toward the Charlottesville Pavilion area near Main Street and Market Street, but that wasn't very specific. This is really scary and I'm worried; Elena has a medical condition that makes it important to find her soon.
