I was walking along the Little Sugar Creek Greenway near Freedom Park around 11:20 a.m. today when I spotted a tote of hand tools sitting on a park bench. A hammer, a tape measure, and a small power drill were all mixed together, with a sticker that read Carolina Tools on the case. It looked like someone who does small repairs left them behind while taking a break from a weekend project. I gathered the tools and looked for an owner, but I didn’t see anyone nearby. I’m posting in the hopes the owner will recognize their tools by the brands and the general layout.

FOUND: Shirts found on Tryon Street, Charlotte

On a Friday at 6:15 p.m. I found a small pile of shirts tucked behind a bench along Tryon Street near Discovery Place in Uptown Charlotte. They looked clean, washed recently, and were stacked in a loose heap with several sizes mixed together. The colors included blue, gray, and a bright red that stood out. I checked the pockets the best I could, but there was nothing personal left behind. I folded them and carried them with me to this site in hopes of reuniting them with the owner. I know how upsetting it is to misplace clothes in a busy area. I hope this helps someone recover them.

Found Travel Adapters in Uptown Charlotte

I found Travel Adapters this afternoon around 3:45 p.m., tucked under a bench at the corner of Trade Street and Tryon Street in Uptown Charlotte. They were in a small red pouch, with several universal plugs peeking out. They’re clean, nearly new, and I can tell they’ve seen a few trips. One adapter has a tiny scratch, the kind that happens when you stuff things into carry-on bags. It felt like a small sign that someone might be about to head out on a trip, so I’m posting them here in case the owner spots them.

I found these travel bags yesterday around 6:30 p.m. outside the NASCAR Hall of Fame on Tryon Street, Uptown Charlotte. They’re two black suitcases with a tan leather tag and some scuffs from travel. They looked recently left behind, and I can imagine the owner scrambling for them after a late flight or a hotel check-in. I’ve kept them safe here in case the owner comes across this listing and recognizes them by the tag or the worn zipper pull.

Found hats in Charlotte, NC

I found these hats this morning near the entrance of the NASCAR Hall of Fame on South Tryon Street, Charlotte, around 8:10 a.m. today. There were three hats: a red baseball cap, a gray knit beanie, and a wide-brim sun hat. They looked like someone had hurried away and left them behind, and I set them on a bench by the hall’s glass doors in case the owner wandered back. They seemed to matter to someone who made a quick stop, and I hope the rightful owner sees this.

Found JBL Charge 4 portable Bluetooth speaker, blue

Found a JBL Charge 4 portable Bluetooth speaker this afternoon around 2:15 pm in the parking lot behind Bank of America Stadium on Mint Street in Charlotte. It's a blue speaker with a black front grill, about the size of a lunchbox, and in generally good condition with a small dent on the top edge and a faint scratch near the logo. There's a blue silicone bumper around the rim and a white sticker on the bottom that reads 'Bea'—likely the owner's nickname.
