Navy Samsonite carry-on with lime strap

I lost my navy blue Samsonite carry-on yesterday around 3pm near City Market on Market Street in Charleston. It's a medium-sized suitcase with a noticeable dent on the bottom corner and a white stripe along the side. A bright lime-green luggage strap is wrapped around the handle, and there's a tag with my initials 'P.P.'. Inside, I had my grandmother's scarf and travel documents—it's really sentimental to me and I was really hoping to recover it. If anyone found it, I'd be incredibly grateful to get it back.
