Lost silver ring with an oval blue stone and engraved band near the fountain in Waterfront Park, Charleston.

Description

I lost a silver ring with a small blue stone while walking in Waterfront Park in Charleston. I think it might have slipped off my finger while I was taking pictures by the fountain. The stone is oval-shaped and the band has some engravings on the inside. It has significant sentimental value to me and I would really love to have it back.
