Gold wedding band with engraving M+D

I lost my gold wedding band yesterday around 3pm near the CMU Bookstore on Main Street in Mount Pleasant. It's a 14k yellow gold band, about 6 mm wide, with an inside engraving 'M+D' and a tiny nick on the outer edge. I must've dropped it while juggling books near the campus cafe; I didn't realize until I reached the library steps. The ring has sentimental value—it's a gift from my late father—and I was really hoping someone picked it up.
