ID badge with photo on blue lanyard

I lost my ID badge yesterday around 3pm near the Alexandria Mall on MacArthur Drive in downtown Alexandria, Central Louisiana. It's a black plastic ID card about the size of a credit card, with my photo and name printed in white, attached to a blue lanyard with a silver clip. There is a small dent on the bottom-right corner and a tiny star sticker on the back that I added last week. Losing it is a real hassle at work—it's the access badge for the office doors and I really need it back.
