Blue reflective dog harness with leash

I lost my blue reflective dog harness yesterday around 3pm near the Cedar Rapids Public Library on 5th Ave SE. It's a medium-sized harness from the brand PupProtec, with a quick-release buckle and a paw-print charm on the buckle. The harness has reflective strips along the chest straps and a small red tag with my dog's name, Milo, printed in cursive. It was a gift from my sister and has sentimental value; Milo is anxious and the harness helps him stay safe when we walk at dusk. If anyone found it, please message me—I really need it back for Milo's daily walks.
