Tan and white dog with blue harness

I lost my tan-and-white dog after a stroll along Commercial Street near the Pilgrim Monument yesterday around 3pm. He's a medium-sized mixed breed, about 40 pounds, with a bright blue harness and a red collar. He has a small white blaze on his chest and a tiny nick on his left ear—easy to spot if you know what to look for. He tends to be skittish with strangers but super sweet once you get to know him, and I’m really worried because he’s never far from me.
