Neon blue dog harness with paw-print charm

I lost my neon blue dog harness yesterday around 4:15pm near the Cambridge Public Library on Broadway. It's a medium-size adjustable vest-style harness from Ruffwear, with lime green stitching and a small paw-print charm on the chest strap. The reflective piping along the edges really helps with visibility at dusk. It has sentimental value because it was a gift from my sister after we adopted our rescue last year, and it always felt like it helped Nova stay secure on our walks.
