Gold-tone bracelet with KP heart charm

I lost my gold-tone charm bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the coffee shop on Delaware Ave in Buffalo's Elmwood Village. It's a slim 6.5-inch bracelet with a small heart charm engraved with the initials KP and a tiny turquoise bead that really catches the light. The clasp is a simple fold-over type and there’s a faint scratch along the back edge from a fall last month. It was a gift from my sister, so it feels sentimental and I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back if anyone finds it.
