14k white gold ring with diamonds; engraved 'To S'.

I found a ring this afternoon around 3:45 pm along the Canalside boardwalk in Buffalo, near HarborCenter. It's a 14k white gold ring with two tiny diamonds on the shoulders and a small sapphire set in the center. Inside, there's an engraving that reads 'To S'. The ring shows light wear but is in pretty good shape overall. I know it probably means a lot to someone, and I'd really love to help reunite it with its owner.
