I retraced my steps toward the Paul Bunyan statue in downtown Brainerd and checked the benches near the Brainerd Public Library, but no sign of them. The set includes three titles, all with red jackets and familiar covers that bring back memories from college years. They mattered to me, and I’d be grateful to have them back.
