Early this morning, around 9:15 AM, I found two scarves lying on a bench outside the Emerson Center on West Main in Bozeman. One is burgundy wool and the other a soft gray knit; both look new but worn from the cold air. I hung around for a few minutes, asking a couple of walkers, then tucked them out of sight in my coat pocket for safekeeping until the owner shows up.
